From the moment you order your calming pet bed until the product reaches your doorstep, our team will assist you through the shipment process to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

In some cases, there may be unexpected delays beyond our control when it comes to standard deliveries. This may be caused by customs or postal delays. For this reason, our support team promises to keep you updated on any delays beforehand to avoid any unfortunate miscommunication.

SHIPPING OVERVIEW:

In the rare case that there are any issues regarding the delivery process of your order, our team will stay in contact with you and keep you updated with the delivery details by email or phone to help you through the process. If your order was not delivered, please contact us and we will take a look into the issue without fail.

If you are urgently in need of a pet mattress for your canine and placed the order with us already, please contact our customer support team at support@calmingpet.co within 24 hours and we will cancel your order immediately. It is our responsibility and mission to ensure that your furry friend remains comfortable with our service too!

📣 (29th January 2022): Some orders might experience an additional transit delay than normal due to ongoing regulations. We are trying our best to fulfil your orders on time and deliver them within the estimated delivery time frame even though shipping charges are higher than normal now. We expect your valuable support even if a minor delay happens with the fulfilment/delivery process. Note: All working days include Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Due to high transit times, it takes 14-28 days for the standard delivery of packages sent to a few cities around the world, especially in the United Arab Emirates. We have been working with over 50+ global shipping carriers including the USPS, Royal Mail, Yodel UK, TNT, Netherlands Postal, and others since our major production houses are located in Asia. Our company has been dealing with fulfilment centres in the United States and the United Kingdom to reduce the standard delivery time to 2-5 business days. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, some of the orders are fulfilled from the international production house via our trusted shipping carriers.
